This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 (03/30/20). The solicitation number is 140P8320Q0034 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 337212, Custom Architectural Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The National Park Service (NPS), Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area (LARO), located in Coulee Dam, WA is soliciting to plan and design exterior skin, exhibits, cabinetry, and the customization and retrofit of (two) government-owned 2016 Haulmark PPT85X16WT2 Passport Trailer into mobile visitor centers with interchangeable exhibits. The intent is to be able to mix and match exhibits to provide information for Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, Ice Age Floods National Geologic Trail, or a combination of both, depending on the situation. This is a planning/design/fabrication solicitation which will require the successful quoter to attend at least one face to face meeting in developing the final design of the trailers. The retrofitted trailer will serve as a visitor contact and information center, both within the park and outside the park in local communities. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION.
