This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, 05-06-2020 It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is 140P8320Q0031 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance Contractors, with an associated small business size standard of $8 million. This solicitation is small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Contractor shall provide a quote in response to the Statement of Work (SOW) for Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, Washington. SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK. See Attachment 1, Scope of Work (SOW) and specifications. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP). Performance of this contract will need to be completed by Friday, September 30, 2020. If you are not able to complete the work by Friday, September 30, 2020, please propose a date of completion on the SF-18 form. The COR, will schedule with the contractor the start date and time. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Your service location must be within 200 miles from the Olympic National Park, Port Angeles, Washington-see Attachment 1, SOW for address. You must provide your service location, address and the miles/distance from OLYMPIC National Park (OLYM) onto the SF-18. WHAT AND WHEN TO SUBMIT - - CONTENTS OF QUOTE: Submit the following to Nadine_Joe@nps.gov : -Provide quote by Monday, June 01, 2020, 1700, Pacific Standard Time (PS) or as noted on the SF-30 if the quote is Amended. -Complete box 11b (DUNS#, Email Address, Overall Total/Price and Option, location of service/miles away from Olympic National Park and service dates) and boxes13-16 (signature) of the SF-18 on page 1; - Provide at least two but nor more than three professional references of customers/clients for which you have performed the same or similar type of work in the past three years. Include for each reference the customer/client's company name and address, point of contact, phone number, email address, brief description of the service provided, period of performance dates and job/project value. -Acknowledge quote is valid for 60 days; -Acknowledge any amendments issued IF APPLICABLE; -Submit either the filled out reps/certs provision 52.212-3 manually or note that you have completed the representations and certifications in SAM-note on the front page of the SF-18.
