The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $15 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. Contractor shall provide a quote in response to the Statement of Work (SOW) for Whitman Mission National Historic Site (NHS) in Walla Walla, Washington.
