This is a request for quote (RFQ) to award a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) Task Order type contract with a total capacity of $4 million. The geographic area to be served is the Upper Columbia River Basin located in the Lake Roosevelt NRA, which is the largest reservoir in the Pacific Northwest, located in the northeast portion of the state of Washington and stretches 133 miles up the Columbia River from Grand Coulee Dam to Onion Creek, 16 miles south of the US-Canada border. This solicitation is a small business set aside. The planned duration of the contract is a total of five years, consisting of a Base and Four (4) Option year periods.
