Amendment 0002, This amendment accomplishes the following: 1) Period of Performance has changed to December 01, 2019-September 30, 2020. 2) Under Specifications in the Terms and Conditions, the contractor may suggest a certain type, brand, product if it meets or exceeds the current installed carpet/vinyl. 3) The Scope of Work (SOW) has been changed. See the Red Line changes-attached. 4) Attachment 4 requires the quoter to answer pertinent questions and shall submit with the SF-30, Amendment 0002. If Amendment 0001 and the SF-18 has not been provided, please provide with the Amendment 0002. This RFQ has been extended to Monday, August 26, 2019, 5:00pm PST. Amendment 0001 This amendment accomplishes the following: 1) Period of Performance has been changed; 2) Add TERO clause that may effect pricing; 3) Add new pricing and Add Option Pricing; 4) Brand Name, Product Name, Item numbers and Specification requirements are required; 5) If quoter will have a subcontractor, provide the subcontractor name and two completed projects made by the subcontractor. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Contractor shall remove and replace all carpeting as noted in the Scope of Work for the National Park Service (NPS), Nez Perce National Historical Park, Spalding Visitor Center (VC) in Lapwai, Idaho.
