Replace and Install Door Hardware and Locksets for Various Facilities, War in the Pacific National Historical Park, Guam This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140P8220Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation to replace and install door hardware and locksets for various facilities at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park, Guam. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07D dated 7/2/2020. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 332510, Hardware Manufacturing, size standard 750 employees. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to complete attached Statement of Work. Work to be performed at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park on the island of Guam. Quote must include all shipping and handling costs for FOB Destination delivery and travel, if necessary. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. If an offeror receives a rating of unacceptable, they will not be considered for award. A formal site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. (local Guam time). Attendees shall meet in front of the park's T. Stell Newman Visitor Center. Interested firms should make every effort to attend this pre-proposal site visit as this may be the only opportunity to see the site as no other pre-proposal site visits are anticipated to be offered.
