This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes referencing document number 140P8220Q0005 in accordance with the instructions in this announcement (3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 202020-04. (4) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561621. The small business size standard is $22 Million a year. (5) This combined solicitation synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item: Fire System Maintenance at Pearl Harbor National Park (6) Statement of Work: The requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for preventive maintenance and required annual testing for the fire alarms, suppression systems, and portable extinguishers at Pearl Harbor National Memorial. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, services, materials, and equipment, to perform Annual Fire Alarm System Testing, Inspecting, & Preventive Maintenance that meets or exceeds National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards at the following BLDGS. D, F, G, H, I & Maintenance Shop. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, services, materials, and equipment to perform Annual Fire Suppression System Testing at the following BLDGS G, H, I & Maintenance Shop. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, services, materials, and equipment to perform Annual Fire Extinguisher Testing (#45 units). (7) Period of Performance: March 26, 2020 through March 25, 2021 Plus 4 Option Years.
