This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Applicable NAICS is 518210 (Processing, Hosting, and Related Services). Solicitation No. 140P8219Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation to scan historic Pacific War photo albums for Pearl Harbor National Memorial, Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03D dated 7/12/2019. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all labor, materials, supplies, etc. necessary to complete attached Scope of Work. See also representative photo samples attached. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. If an offeror receives a rating of unacceptable, they will not be considered for award.
