Corrugated Roofing Materials for Building 37 Facilities Trade Shops and VEOC Generator Room, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii Amendment No. 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the RFQ and provide an extension to the submission date and change the delivery timeframe is changed from 30 to 60 days ARO. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140P8219Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Corrugated Roofing Materials for Building 37 Facilities Trade Shops and VEOC Generator Room, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02D dated 6/5/2019. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 332322, Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing, size standard 500 employees. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transport necessary to meet the attached specifications. Quote must include all shipping and handling costs for FOB Destination delivery to the port in Hilo, HI on Hawaii Island.
