Pump and Service Government-Owned Portable Toilets, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii Amendment No. 01-Revise SOW to include cleaning twice per week & extend submission deadline This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140P8219Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation to pump and service two portable toilets, one (1) ADA and one (1) basic, TWICE every week at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, on the island of Hawaii. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01D dated 1/22/2019. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, size standard $7.5 million. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all labor, materials, supplies and travel necessary to complete attached Scope of Work. Work to be performed at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park on Hawaii Island. Portable Toilets are located at the Devastation Trail Parking Lot. The contractor is responsible for field checking the site conditions prior to submitting an offer. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
