The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01D (1/22/2019). NAICS code 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing) applies to this requirement, which has been set-aside for Small Businesses, and small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Contract Line Item(s): 10 - Brush Chipper 1 EA $__________ 20 - Shipping Cost (FOB Destination Delivery to Honolulu) 1 LS $__________ Reference attached specifications. Item shall be delivered to the Young Brothers Pier 39/40 in Honolulu on the island of Oahu for loading on to the annual barge to Kalaupapa (no-cost to contractor). Quote must include all shipping and handling costs for FOB Destination delivery for loading in Honolulu.
