The solicitation number is 140P8219Q0006 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01D, January 22, 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 483113 COASTAL AND GREAT LAKES FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. FOB Destination shall be Young Brothers Pier 39/40 Terminal in Honolulu. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all services and delivery specified in this Request for Quote. Offers MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation.
