Synopsis: The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to inspect and repair approximately 24,000 linear feet of existing fencing, install approximately 4,500 linear feet of new chain link fencing, and install 6 new vehicle gates at locations throughout Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990 with a size standard of $19 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Place of performance will be Lake Mead National Recreation Area with work in both Clark County, NV and Mohave County, AZ. The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about June 6th, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
