Synopsis The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to replace the Boulder Beach Lift Station in Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Work may include but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing sewerage collection system components, construction of a new valve vault with piping and valves, new flow meter vault with magnetic flow meter, new electric control panels, new jib crane with hoist, and construction of some new gravity sewer collection system piping and valves. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with a size standard of $45 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Place of performance will be Boulder City, NV 89005. The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about June 17th, 2024 and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
