The NPS is contemplating a sole source procurement for the upgrade and support of existing Equature Dispatch VoIP/RoIP Audio Logging Recorder System at Lake Mead Naitonal Recreation Area. This request for information is being posted as a "sources sought" to determine if there are any entities other than the original manufacturer who can provide the upgrade of the existing Equature NG911 equipment and provide maintenance and Support on a 24 x 7 x 365 schedule to include troubleshooting, operations advice, technical support, repair and damage control, without voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
