The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The National Park Service has a requirement for a solid waste disposal site for disposal of government refuse. The government refuse is delivered to the landfill by the government owned refuse trucks and dump trucks, throughout the performance period on a regular basis. Disposal site/landfill must be within 100 miles of Death Valley National Park. Disposal site/landfill must be State approved as a landfill or disposal point. Contractor must be able provide the Sate approved licensure and/or permit. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 562212 ¿ Solid Waste Landfill. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $41.5 million in average annual receipts. Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information: 1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement. 3. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small)and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE).
