The requirement is to provide urgent jetting service of sewage systems at Death Valley National Park. As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), only two sources found reasonably available were solicited due to urgent circumstances. An award has been made to Copper Mountain Services of Twentynine Palms, California due to their immediate availability to perform the work, past performance history, and similar work they have done for Death Valley National Park.
