This single source justification below is posted as required by FAR 13.501(a). The requirement is to supply and replace two sewage pumps at the Katherine Landing lift station at Lake Mead National Recreation Area. As authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source was solicited due to urgent circumstances. A single source award has been made to Barrett Engineered Pumps of San Diego, California due to their expertise with these pumps and capability to perform the work based on past performance history and similar work they have done for the NPS.
