This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area seeks the capability of small business vendors that can perform annual service of Memcor Membrane Water treatment filters and associated equipment currently proprietary to Dupont Water (formerly produced by Evoqua Water Technologies). Vendor must provide updates on system status, process control changes, programming modifications and recommended equipment upgrades to improve system performance. A detailed report outlining all of the work accomplished during the visits along with recommendations for system improvement shall be required. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 811219. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $22 million in average annual receipts. Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement. 3. Any experience servicing this equipment. 3. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).
