The description of the service being procured is to repair the drinking water wells at Cottonwood Cove, Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The Sole Source Justification is classified as an expedited action, as the wells require repair as soon as possible to ensure continual ability to provide safe, clean drinking water to visitors and residents of the area. Only one source was solicited due to the expedited nature of the requirement. A single source award was made to Vetter Pump and Motor Repair of Jean, Nevada.
