Mojave National Preserve is looking for small business contractors to provide trash collection services in employee housing and public access areas. Currently there are 15 solid waste bins (3 yard) located in three districts, service is every two weeks. Planned contract will be a one year base contract for services with four option years to follow. Mojave National Preserve is located in San Bernardino County, California. The Preserve is approximately 1.5 million acres and is located between Interstate 15 and Interstate 40 approximately one hour and fifteen minutes drive time from Barstow, California.
