LAKE20-1381- REPLACE WTP SCADA PRGM This project will involve the complete and successful transfer of proprietary, password protected, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA) programing from old non-compliant CPU's to new Compliant CPU's, and returning the corresponding five Water Treatment Plants (WTP) to fully functional status as they currently operate.
