Authority: NPS is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-Solicitation Notice. Description: NPS requires services from a contractor with the experience and technical capability to relocate Echo Bay's Water Intake Barge to allow for drinking water production to a lake elevation of 1,000' above sea level. Place of Performance: Echo Bay; approximate coordinate: 36d18'53.94"N114d24'34.20"W, at Lake Mead NRA. Competitive Acquisition: It is anticipated that this will be a competitive acquisition set-aside for small business participation. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is ninety days from the notice to proceed (NTP) date.
