The National Park Service is looking for qualified small business contractors to complete this task. Project is located in Death Valley National Park and specifically in the Cow Creek Administrative Area. The Cow Creek Admin. Area drive time is 2 ½ hours northwest of Las Vegas, NV. This project replaces an existing wood frame construction restroom with a new prefabricated concrete restroom. Prefabricated transportable concrete building, approximately 10' wide x 17' long. Contractor shall deliver building to site and set using crane. Building must match style and color of existing adobe architecture in the Cow Creek Historic District. Textures and colors of other buildings were reviewed and approved for use in the historic district by the California State Historical Preservation Office.
