The National Park Service intends to issue an RFQ for a Railroad Tie Replacement project in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, requiring the replacement of approximately 1200 ties along a specified section of track to meet Federal Rail Administration standards. The project has an estimated budget between $100,000 and $250,000, and performance is to begin in March 2026. All work will be performed in Dayton, OH, specifically for the Cuyahoga Valley Railway. This is a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. The official solicitation will be available in mid/late January 2026.
