SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Resurface Trail Construction requirement at Hopewell Culture National Historical Park in Chillicothe, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to; Repair and resurface the paved portion of Adena trail. Repair approximately 2100 lineal feet of cracks to be. Patch asphalt paving as needed to restore path to like-new condition. Seal coat approximately 48,500 square feet of asphalt pavement surface. Remove all existing loose and failed crack filling, grout, clean out all remaining debris, dry and then refill the crack with new crack filling. Clean out all debris, dry and then refill the crack with new crack filling and crack sealant all new cracks less than 1/4 inches in size. Install backer rod on cracks 3/4 inches and larger prior to sealant application.
