THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL: The National Park Service intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with the State of Michigan Department of Management & Budget located at 320 S Walnut St, Lansing, Michigan 48933-214, United States. This is for the purchase and installation of tower top amplifiers necessary for Law Enforcement Communications which utilize Michigan's Public Safety Communications System through existing State of Michigan owned radio towers MPSCS 8201, 9102 and 9104. The State of Michigan has an existing contract with Motorola as the sole installer and provider of equipment used on State of Michigan owned radio communication towers.
