PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to the Repair and Replace Segments of Fence at Bow Creek for the Missouri National Recreational River Headquarters in Yankton, SD. Work will consist of providing all labor, tools and other equipment necessary to remove any downed vegetation along the fence and make necessary repairs/replacements as necessary to ensure the fence conforms to acceptable condition matching intact fencing. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425Q0024 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor May 2025 with performance to begin in June 2015. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cedar County, NE will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Prior Experience, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238990, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available early April 2025 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities .
