This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140P6424Q0090 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. Pecos National Historical Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in San Miguel County, NM, is seeking to award a service contract for HVAC & Boiler Service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and up to four additional option years expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in September 2024. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for San Miguel County, NM will apply.
