SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Building Repair Construction requirement at Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park in Dayton, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to; Remove and replace all damaged wood from the store front on the north side of the building. Remove all store front existing window film on the north and west sides and replace it with new sunshade blocking film including two new windows. Reconstruct the wooden features, including indentation decorations, and damaged millwork. Reinstall wooden features and paint to match the existing. Replace approx. 30' of 4" copper corrugated downspout from the gutter to the inlet. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424Q0077 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Montgomery County, OH will apply.
