THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL: The National Park Service intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with Coast Machinery, LLC. located at 10012 Umbehagen LN, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70817-7321, United States. This is a purchase for a custom MM-2LX Marsh Cutter Attachment for a Marsh Master. The Marsh Master has a custom 3-point hitch that other cutting attachments cannot link to, and other cutting attachments cannot be used in an amphibious matter which is a requirement of this procurement.
