THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL: The National Park Service intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with The City of Orr located at 4540 Lake St Orr, Minnesota 55771-8316, United States. The purpose of this Award is for "Tourism Membership Fees". The City of Orr, Minnesota, is located in a rural part of the state just outside the park boundaries. The City of Orr Tourist Information Center is located on Highway 53, one of the main roads that provide access to points throughout the park. The Information Center is the only establishment in the area focused on providing information to the general public. Another similar business, or nonprofit, does not exist in the area.
