Also, this requirement close date and time has been extended to close on Tues, 28 February 2023 @ 12PM ET. The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM.gov. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed. All amendments must also be read - SF 30 can be signed and returned once downloaded from SAM.gov or acknowledged that it was reviewed in block #19 on the SF 1442.

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Pavement & Site Improvements project for the Indiana Dunes National Park in Porter, IN. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for the installation of pavement and other site improvements as outlined in the project specifications. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6423Q0007 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by February 2023 with performance to begin in February/March 2023. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Porter County, IN will apply. EVALUATION: Price, Technical and Prior Experience North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237310, and the size standard is $39.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available January 2023 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities .
