This announcement is to amend the solicitation in order to post responses to Vendor Questions and correct the Solicitation number from "140P6421R0041"to "140P6421R0042" on the Clause Package for the Window Replacement project at Ice Age National Scenic Trail. The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM/FBO. Please complete the SF Form 1442 as instructed. All amendments must also be read - SF30 can be signed and returned once downloaded from SAM/FBO or acknowledged that it was reviewed in block 19 on the SF-1442.

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Window Replacement project for the Ice Age National Scenic Trail in Cross Plains, WI. Work for this project consists of removing and replacing 15 windows with pine/fir fixed or casement type windows. Additionally, this will include installation of all associated trims, flashings, aprons, sealants, paints and or stains as matches the existing interior and exterior colors and sheens. This work includes all site prep, excavation, installation of vault, placing comfort station, and clean up. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6421R0042. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by September 2021 with performance to begin in September 2021. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Dane County, WI will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238150, and the size standard is $16.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued and available August 2021 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/SAM.gov/FBO website at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities . The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number.
