PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Foundation Repair at Voyageurs National Park in Orr, MN. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for foundation repairs pertaining to the foundation of the building. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6421R0028 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by June 2021 with performance to begin in June/July 2021. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for St. Louis County, MN will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238190, and the size standard is $16.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
