PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3,4 & 5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Chain Link Fence Repair project for the Cuyahoga Valley National Park Site in Valley View, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove existing damaged fencing, and install 120 Linear Feet x 8 feet tall of chain-link fencing to include a 10 foot wide cantilever sliding gate and 3-strand barbed wire. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6421R0024. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Less than $25,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by June 2021 with performance to begin in June 2021. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cuyahoga County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238990, and the size standard is $16.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued and available May 2021 and will be posted to the Contract Opportunities/beta.SAM/FBO website at https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp .
