PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3,4 & 5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the HVAC Replacement project for the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore located in Munising, MI. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove and replace the primary HVAC components for the Munising Maintenance Facility. Work will also cover the replacement of all associated thermostats. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6420R0018. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in late June/early July 2020 with performance expected to begin in June or July 2020. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Alger County, MI will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238220, and the size standard is $16.5 million.
