THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with the County of Koochiching, 715 4th St, International Falls, MN, 56649-2438. The County of Koochiching is a US Local Government entity that will provide Water testing for all Voyageurs National Park provided potable drinking water samples.
