SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Midwest Region, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to solicit proposals for the Retaining Wall and Walkway Repair project for the William Howard Taft N.H.S. Cincinnati, OH 45219 Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to repair two areas of the brick paved entrance way to meet the requirements to be ADA compliant, and leaning retainer wall will be vertically straightened. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6419R0035 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Less than $25,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early August 2019 with performance to begin in August 2019. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Hamilton County, OH will apply.
