SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Midwest Region, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to solicit proposals for the Retaining Wall and Walkway Repair project for the William Howard Taft N.H.S. Cincinnati, OH 45219 Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to repair two areas of the brick paved entrance way to meet the requirements to be ADA compliant, and leaning retainer wall will be vertically straightened. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6419R0035 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Less than $25,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early August 2019 with performance to begin in August 2019. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Hamilton County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS)CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238990, and the size standard is $15 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
