SOURCES SOUGHT: The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest in a construction project scheduled for 2019 at Indiana Dunes National Park, 200 North County Line Rd, Porter IN. NAICS code is 238290 with a Small Business Size Standard $15 M. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $500,000 and $1M. Project Description: The work includes Three (3) Phases: Phase 1 includes obtaining a geotechnical soil study to confirm the parameters of the existing design provided by NPS. Phase 2 includes the replacement of the 2¿ concrete slab cast in place on the south main entrance of the bathhouse building and build an ADA, ABA ramp located on the south section area of the Bath House building. Phase 3 includes the replacement of the 2¿ concrete slab cast in place, retaining walls and stairs located at the Northside of the bathhouse building on West Beach and build/construct new retaining walls and stairs, to include handrails.
