SOURCES SOUGHT: The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest in a construction project scheduled for 2019 at Keweenaw National Historic Park Headquarters, 25970 Red Jacket Road, Calumet MI, 49913. NAICS code is 238290 with a Small Business Size Standard $15 M. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Project Description: This construction project will replace the existing 1979 hydraulic elevator at park headquarters. Work will include: removal of the existing elevator and equipment; upgrades to the existing elevator mechanical room located in the basement; modifications to openings in the existing elevator hoistway; patching and repair of adjacent architectural finishes; installation of new hydraulic elevator and equipment; and coordination with plumbing and mechanical systems. The building will be occupied during construction.
