PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for asphalt cold mix to be delivered to Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Unit Waterford City, North Dakota 58854 and South Unit Medora, North Dakota 58645. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6322Q0024 PROJECT LOCATION: Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Unit Waterford City, North Dakota 58854 and South Unit Medora, North Dakota 58645. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purchase and delivery of 300 tons asphalt cold mix (100 tons-North Unit- 200 tons South Unit) of cold mix asphalt. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6322Q0024 SET ASIDE: Unrestricted NAICS CODE: 324121 Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing - Size Standard 500 The Government intends to issue a formal solicitation package with specifications on/about May 18, 2022. If this date is delayed, the solicitation will follow as soon as possible. This is a PRELIMINARY NOTICE of a solicitation that will follow. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) that will follow this notice is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Response date for quotes will be approximately June 2, 2021. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice. The RFQ package, including applicable attachments, will be posted to http://www.sam.gov. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided. Offerors must have a UEI number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
