Gateway Arch National Park The Request for Quotes will support the formation of a firm-fixed price contract for construction to provide all labor, equipment, travel and materials necessary to level concrete walkway slabs via mud- or poly-jacking throughout Gateway Arch National Park. Contractors shall review the solicitation documents and provide quotes following the instructions therein. The associated NAICS code is 238110 with a size standard of $19M. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Estimated Magnitude IAW FAR 36.204: Less than $25,000 The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price order. The Government anticipates that performance will be completed within 60 calendar days, with performance beginning within 10 days of a notice to proceed; on or about 27 September 2024. Late quotes will not be accepted. SITE VISIT: There will be an official site visit held on 4 September 2024 at 10:00AM Central. The site is open to the public and interested parties may visit during park hours without prior notification. The deadline for questions (see below) will still apply. Contractors interested in attending the site visit must RSVP through the Contracting Officer, Matt Frank, at matthew_frank@nps.gov no later than 17:00, 3 September 2024.
