General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting quotes for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described as follows: Repair Buffalo Point Access Road and Launch Re-Alignment at Buffalo National River, Marion County, Arkansas. Solicitation Number 140P6221Q0020. The offeror selected shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project. Description: The Work includes infrastructure realignment at the Buffalo Point river access including road & launch pad removal and replacement, riverbank stabilization and vegetation establishment, water erosion control, additional parking spaces and an accessible trail route to the river from the parking lot. Type of Acquisition: The National Park Service (NPS), Midwest Region (MWR), Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that would result in a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this project is 238910 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the estimated price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is advertised as 100% Small Business Set-aside.
