IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The National Park Service, IR 3/4/5, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MO-MABO) is seeking small business sources who have the capability, qualifications, and interest in providing off-site alarm monitoring services for several fire and intrusion alarms at Hot Springs National Park, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work is included with this Sources Sought. The fire and intrusion systems are located in several buildings throughout the Park. The brand names of the panels are as follows: - CWSI - DSC - GE Concord Express 4 - Edwards Systems Technology - Simplex 4010 - DSC Maxsys. Should a future RFQ be issued, the period of performance is expected to be for one base year with four (4) one-year options possible. If your company is interested, qualified, and is capable of providing the described service, your response is to include the following: 1) Respondent's Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, E-mail Address, Phone Number 2) Unique Entity Identifier (formerly known as DUNS number). 3) Identify if your firm is a small business concern. 4) Include a capability statement that addresses the respondent's/firm's qualifications and ability to provide alarm monitoring services for Hot Springs, Arkansas. Contractor must be licensed for the State of Arkansas to provide alarm monitoring services. Contractor need not be a local contractor and can be an out-of-state contractor provided it is licensed for the State of Arkansas to provide alarm monitoring services. The Arkansas State Police (ASP) Security Licensing Division is the statutory authority for security alarm companies operating in Arkansas.
