Sources Sought Announcement The National Park Service requests information from vendors registered under NAICS code 238220, Plumbing, Heat, and Air Conditioner Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard $16.5M for an upcoming construction requirement at Lincoln Home National Historic Site, in Springfield, Illinois. Project Description: The project scope includes replacement multiple HVAC and Control Systems in the park. One (1) system is located in the Visitor Center. Two (2) systems are located in the Henson Robinson House - 2 existing furnaces, 2 condensing units, and 2 evaporator coils. One (1) system is in the Carriage House - 1 existing furnace, 1 condensing unit, and 1 evaporator coil. Three (3) systems in the Education Center - 4 existing furnaces, 3 condensing units, and 4 evaporator coils. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms (2) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms (3) Woman Owned Small Business firms (4) Small Business firms (5) Small Business 8(a) firms Interested firms please submit: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM, Project Title: HVAC SYSTEMS - LIHO and Unique Entity Identifier (DUNS Number). Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a DUNS number to be eligible for consideration when or if the solicitation is released.
