On the SF-1449 form it states the Closing Date and Time for submission of quotes is Wednesday, 9/23/2020 at 10:00 a.m. central time. THAT IS CORRECT. However, on Attachment 4, Instructions for Submission of Quotation, it states the closing date and time as Wednesday, 9/23/2020 at 3:00 p.m. central time. THAT IS INCORRECT. A revised Attachment 4 is included in this Amendment which corrects 3:00 p.m. central time to 10:00 a.m. central time.
