Sources Sought The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered under NAICS code 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard $16.5M for an upcoming construction requirement at Fort Smith National Historic Site, Fort Smith, AR. Project Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to remove (1) existing exterior reproduction historic flagpole exhibit and, provide and install (1) In-Kind replacement reproduction historic garrison flagpole located on the parade grounds of the Fort Smith National Historic Site. See pictures attached. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms (3) Woman Owned Small Business firms (4) Small Business firms (5) Small Business 8(a) firms and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition. Interested firms please submit: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM and UEI Number. Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a UEI number to be eligible for consideration when or if the solicitation is released. Unique entity identifier (UEI). The unique entity identifier shall correspond to the firms name and address as registered in the System for Award Management. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities in WRITING to demonstrate same or similar experience. Your capability information MUST be 2 pages or less in length and be SPECIFIC to the scope provided. Submit in the following formats only: word, jpg or adobe. Adobe is preferred. This is not a request for proposal or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification or drawings are available with this announcement.
