There is 13,510 square feet of clay tile that will be removed and salvaged for reinstallation, and the carport has approximately 1,500 square feet of existing 3-tab asphalt shingles the will be removed and replaced. All flashing and underlayment will be removed and replaced, while the structural decking will be evaluated and replaced as specified. The existing ridge skylight and flashing will be replaced to match the historic profile and laminated safety glass. Coordination of repairs to ancillary roof components will also be included in the scope, such as flashing. The gutters and downspouts will remain in place.
