The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered under NAICS code: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning, with a Small Business Size Standard $15.M for an upcoming project at George Washington Carver National Monument located in Diamond Missouri, 64840. Project Description: The contractor will supply, all labor, materials, and equipment to install a: Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Building Automation System to control the HVAC equipment located in the Visitor Center. The system will be monitored and controlled with a computer-based browser on a stand-alone computer with no internet or outside network connection. A desktop micro form factor computer will be supplied by park. Magnitude of Project estimate: Under $25,000 Responses to this announcement are requested from: (1) Small Business (2) SBA certified Small Business HubZone (3) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (4) Veteran Owned Small Business (5) Minority and Woman Owned Small Business firms (6) Small Disadvantaged Business (7) Small Business 8(a) firms and (8) Any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition. Interested firms please submit: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM and DUNS Number. Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a DUNS number to be eligible for award consideration when or if solicitation is released. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities statement to demonstrate same or similar experience. Your capability information MUST be 2 pages or less in length and be SPECIFIC to the scope provided. Submit in the following formats only: word, jpg or adobe. Adobe is preferred.
